You may want to try this place

The first room I got had a leaky roof in the bathroom and they promptly moved me to another room. But this room had dirty sheets and pillow covers which they changed after I reported it. This please used to be an amazing place but during my last two stays it has been just ok.

Solid value, green values

On a budget and with the reasonable expectations for this price point, we much enjoyed the Greenpath. The staff was kind, helpful and present -- and the location was walkable and convenient to most needs. In-house meals were homemade, simple, and delicious.

Hotel in north part of Bangalore

First, when I called the hotel a few days in advance to verify the check-in time, they informed me that there was no reservation (the entire reservation was prepaid). It took the intervention of the research institute I was visiting to sort that out. Then, when we arrived, the accommodations were not what we expected or what was advertised. We had booked a so-called “Penthouse suite”, advertised as a two-bedroom suite with a kitchenette. It actually turned out to be 3 bedrooms around a common area, with the expectation that the other bedrooms could be occupied by other guests. The ``kitchenette” consisted of a room with a counter along two walls, a cold-water only sink, empty cupboards and a refrigerator. There were no utensils, plates, microwave, or hot-plate, nothing to make it useable as a kitchenette. Although our bedroom was fine, the common area was filthy – empty glasses on the floor beside a couch, sticky food stains on the main table and on the floor, trash on the floor – that part of the suite had not been cleaned in some time. The other two bedrooms had not been made up, and were a mess. We informed the manager that we would stay that night, but would check out the next morning and move to another hotel. It then took numerous calls to Travelocity plus another intervention by the research institute to get the manager to authorize a refund of the remaining nights.

Dirty and Disappointing

Bathroom dirty and floor was dirty. There was dust all over the headboard and a general lack of care about the room. Shower curtain was shabby and moldy and bathtub was filthy to the point that I couldn't even step in and take a shower.

Reasonable, but not good

Though I read in advance at the hotel's website that the hotel has a great vision and it is a eco friendly one, I did not really feel that vision at anywhere in the hotel. The rooms and facility are not that clean and well maintained, but I could get a hot shower and I think the price was reasonable.

Kakkerlakken en koud water

22 kakkerlakken geteld in 5 dagen. Een paar keer bij hotel personeel aangegeven maar niks aan gedaan. Meerdere keren kakkerlakken in het bed aangetroffen wanneer ik probeerde te slapen. Personeel spreekt weinig Engels en neemt weinig moeite om te helpen. Soms werd ik na het stellen van een vraag compleet genegeerd. Er zou warm water aanwezig moeten zijn maar dit was er niet. Nadat ik dit had aangegeven bij de balie, veranderde er niks aan de situatie. WiFi is aanwezig en redelijk sterk signaal, van de 5 dagen heeft dit er echter wel 2 dagen uit gelegen. De locatie is ver buiten het centrum. Weinig restaurants en bezienswaardigheden in de buurt. 's Nachts wel redelijk rustig. Harde matrassen Geen toiletpapier Ontbijt inbegrepen in de vorm van buffet. Al moet je op de gok kiezen want personeel kan niet uitleggen wat de inhoud van de gerechten is.

Good Service Apartments Lodge in Nice part of town

Very nice apartments, well located and maintained, if not for the roaches. The hotel is actually a service apartment with free breakfast but does not have a gym or pool. Each apartment has 2 rooms attached to a common dining/kitchenette area and each room has a reasonable size balcony. The maintenance is good, in the style of an Eco Lodge. The lodge has a vegetarian restaurant in-house that is open from 6.30 to 10. There is an open area waiting lounge in the lobby and there is plenty of nice green vegetation. Surprisingly, there are very few mosquitos even between dusk to night times. Only major drawback for particular travelers would be the roaches. I had requested that the roaches be taken care of or else I would not return. I will give the place one more try to see if they have fixed the problem. If not, it will be hast la vista baby!
