「This was a great, short, late night stop for an early morning visit to Crater Lake. We needed a place to rest our heads and appreciated the helpful staff and that breakfast started early in the morning so we could be on our way.」

「Melissa the manager at the front desk was very helpful to accommodate me when the elevators were down and offered to move me down to the 1st floor since I have a neck injury and could not go up and down the stairs easily. She also helped me with getting my internet set up and was very pleasant and always had a smile on her face! Wonderful customer service she deserves kudos :)」

「I was very disappointed with my stay. As soon as I am at the room, there was a strong odor that smelled like urine, which appeared to be covered up with air freshener. The smell was unpleasant and made the room feel unclean. The carpet was also visibly dirty, adding to the overall impression that the room adopt been properly maintained. When I reported these concerns to the front desk, the staffs response was disappointing rather than addressing the issue, or offering a solution. They became...

「The bathroom had not been properly cleaned. There were tracks of something that had splashed on the bathroom door and other spatter of some kind on the walls. A few of the towels were stained with what I hope was only makeup. The parking lot was a bit too small for the number of rooms/vehicles, so it was difficult to get in and out. Overall, this is a place I wouldn't stay again.」
