"Think most guests only stay for a couple of nights hence cope. We were there for 10 nights and had issues that had to be resolved after escalating to management.
Pool with only 2 sun beds !!!
No space to hang wet swim wear !!!
Lights in the bathrooms that work on movement, hence turn in bed and they switch on, stand too long in the bath and they switch off.
Stewards like Shankar help keep my sanity."

"The hotel overall was lovely and the pool area excellent. The rooms were spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem to them and Cicil at reception was so organised with the bills and super friendly too. The owner was present at the property most of the time so overall it’s an excellent team. The restaurant food was also good and had a nice atmosphere."

"Spotless, large, modern, and luminous - the Mistral is a great place to stay if you find yourself in this beautiful part of South Goa. Kathleen and her Dad run a great operation that's only a five minute walk from the beach and close to shops and the main village. Highly recommended! "
