Ideal location for a short walk to Belamadena Marina. Gentlemen who checked us in was super helpful and the lady who helped us when we had an incident was incredibly supportive. Would definitely stay there again.

A place we will book again

Really friendly staff who went out of their way to help when I had a problem with id for them. Rooms comfortable, clean and with working AC (most hotels tend to have AC that wouldn’t work in a dolls house) and 200 metres from the marina with 3 supermarkets in sight of my room and a few bars to eat in. Definitely book here again.

Nice time and pepita apartments

We had good stay at apartment stayed for week in march 24 ,hotel had balcony overlooking sea and mountain's.bed was comfy had microwave and kettle and toaster and all the usual stuff for self catering pool was massive close to marina and beach and all shops and bars had a safe ,no WiFi but you can buy it would definitely come here again.

Great value for money, apartments are well equipped, in a great location and handy for restaurants, supermarkets and local bus service. You do need to pay for WiFi, safety deposit box, extra cleaning and sunbeds at the pool, so bear this in mind if you are on a budget. The rooms on the roadside get sun for most of the day during winter time and there is no road noise, I even had a sea view.

Lovely, comfortable weeks stay.

Hotel room was beautiful with lovely air conditioning. Beds were changed every other day mostly and towels changed regularly. When checking out we were allowed to leave our luggage down in a secure room aswell as being told we could still use the games room with air conditioning, and charging ports aswell as the pool girls shower and public shower until we left the building. The receptionists were most helpful and very kind to all three of us. The hotel is pretty central to everything on the marina, shopping centre is close, aquarium, restaurants, stalls, marina, bars, clubs aswell as offering help with taxi services and WiFi. WiFi was not free but also was not too expensive either.
Was very spacious with two balconies.
Bed was comfortable enough.
Cupboards filled with utilities such as plates, glasses etc

Hotel in great location, Apartment was basic but spacious. No towel changes in the 5 nights we stayed was a strange one. 5 mins walk down to the marina and some bars at the square lto the rear which went on late into the evening. A new hotel is being built right next door and whilst i appreciate the M.S Pepita cant do much about that, i felt still charging for sunbeds was not ideal. The construction noise goes on all day with 2 large cranes sometimes swinging around in the vicinity. banging, drilling, disc cutter noise etc. Fortunatley not on the weekend so enjoyed 2 quiet days by the pool. Rcepetion staff were great, the lady assisted me with some useful bus times and the gentleman allowed us to have our room for an extra 25 euro on our final day to avoid early check out.

The room was good size with good air con however in our particular room there was a smell of drainage. We were there for 6 nights so this did not provide us with a clean this was disappointing. Had to pay 6 euro when we asked for an additional towel. This 6 euro gave us a complete set of towels and bedding ( that we did not need as only wanted additional towels). Did not provide change of bin bags and said we needed to purchase these from shop and take to bin in street to dispose. The pool area was very basic. Pool was a little dirty and dated. The sun beds were however very comfortable because pads for beds were available. The pool bar was excellent with great food at good prices. 2 euro charge per day for sun beds, this is not a lot but due to poor condition of pool area i wonder how this is warranted. We had no issues with getting beds during our stay and thankfully no one reserved at stupid o clock !! Was noisy at night particularly at weekends when night clubs end. The noise is not a reflection on accommodation as it is just due to location. That said the location was perfect as very central. I would not recommend or return however none of the above made for a bed experience.
