"The room was okay, but was in need of refurbishment. I.E. Furniture was old, only one bedside table, electric sockets difficult to get to, bathroom door handle loose. Stayed 2 nights and bed not made with room cleaning. Had a meal in the bar that was served cold."

Rude member of staff with blonde hair, I had my breakfast plated but the hash browns were empty, I asked member of staff if she could replenish, she could see I had my hot items on my plate however she did not inform kitchen staff for around 5 minutes, hash browns were eventually put on the hot plate around 15 minutes later, I had already eaten my breakfast. I went to get a hash brown, it was so dry I couldn’t eat it!"
