"We came to this places because we had a horrible experience at the disgusting Holiday Inn hotel across the highway from this hotel. The staff at night was extremely helpful and friendly and quickly got us into a very clean room. We were traveling with our two young
kids
and we are grateful for all their help that night. Very clean hotel and the interiors are very nice too. Definitely stay here again when we go back to visit Austin."

"They say "you get what you pay for" which is usually true, but there should be a standard for every hotel, even if it was free. The environment inside the room was immediately uninviting with the smell of cigarettes. The blankets had many cigarette burn marks which confirmed what we thought about the smell. Parts of the floorboard felt like we would fall down into the first floor. The shower area is very short, rather the shower floor is too high, so good luck if you're any taller than 6',...
