Pampulha stay

Comfortable and clean room, airconditioning, hot water pot and minibar. Nice restaurant (Dal Grano) downstairs. Near University and Pampulha lake complex--within 15 minute walk. About 20-25 minutes by Uber to downtown, so be aware that you will need to travel to get into the central city.

Conforto e bom atendimento

Nossa estadia no Quality Hotel Pampulha foi bastante agradável. O check-in foi rápido, com bom atendimento logo na chegada, o que já deixou uma boa impressão. O quarto era espaçoso, bem cuidado e confortável, oferecendo um ótimo ambiente para descansar. O café da manhã também merece destaque, com boa variedade de frutas e pães, além de omeletes e tapiocas preparados na hora, o que valorizou ainda mais a experiência. No geral, um hotel que oferece bom custo-benefício, conforto e serviço de qualidade.

Péssima. Longe do padrão qualitiy e de outros da rede. Restaurante fechado e cardápio do room service contendo apenas dois itens. Justificativa? Pouco hóspede, mas com hotel cheio. Disseram que o cardápio pode não ter tudo, a depender da demanda. Ou seja, você pode chegar no hotel e não ter o que comer.

Ja fiquei hoapedada outras vezes.no hotel. É um hotel com excelente localizacao. O.quarto tambem muito bom, chuveiro excelente, cama duper confortavel e limpeza tambem ok. Excelente custo/beneficio. Atendendes educadas. Estacionamento no subsolo é dificil estacionar. Muitas colunas mas atende a necessidade de seguranca do veiculo.

Atendeu às expectativas

O Hotel atendeu as expectativas para uma boa noite de descanso ao longo de uma viagem de carro. Oferecia estacionamento, boas instalações e, apesar de ficar longe de comércio ou shopping, o restaurante do Hotel (Dal Grano) nos surpreendeu com uma comida maravilhosa. Um bom café da manhã, e foi tudo ótimo.

De modo geral a estadia foi boa. Os quartos são de tamanho médio. O ambiente de dormir é bem limpo e organizado, porém deixou um pouco a desejar. Os rejuntes do box estavam sujos. O antendimento é bom.

Decepção com o serviço prestado

Péssimo atendimento, recepção mal humorada e que em momento algum nos ajudou com as malas. O quarto foi arrumado com desleixo, não trocaram as toalhas e deixaram o piso sujo. Ar condicionado não esfriava o quarto, e o estacionamento muito apertado e difícil de manobrar. Não pretendo retornar.

Sempre que vou a BH procuro ficar nesse hotel, apesar do custo não ser barato considero um hotel bom. Porém eles usam travesseiros encapados com plastico o que torna desconfortável e barulhento. Restaurante depois que mudou a bandeira caiu a qualidade, pelo preço deveria entregar uma melhor qualidade.

Boa localização, péssimos internet, ar e frigobar

Para ser um hotel minimamente bom para uma viagem de negócios tem que ter uma internet de qualidade. O sistema de acesso é bem complicado para iniciar e a internet é mais lenta que a do 4G do meu cel. É a terceira vez que fico nesse hotel e todos os quartos tem um ar condicionado muito fraco para a habitação, demora muito tempo para climatizar. Por fim o pior de tudo é o frigobar. Todos os frigobares no quarto são muito fracos, possivelmente sendo o mais barato possível. Com isso as bebidas todas ficam quentes quase temperatura ambiente. Péssimo para um hotel que cobra o que cobra e é conhecido pela localização e beleza externa.
