We enjoyed the hotels convenient location where a lot was reachable with a good walk. The hotel had great food and services. But we really enjoyed the hotels uniqueness the most. From the slide in the lobby to the glass wall in the shower, we will definitely stay again.

Not impressed by the service

Reception area was very unhelpful. No one spoke English. I have stayed at other Novotel in other non English speaking countries— not a problem. Here in Belo was a problem. Not enough towels and towels were not very good. Hotel needs to replace them with new ones. Breakfast was good. NOT STAYING AT THIS NOVOTEL AGAIN.

The hotel is great. Perfect location and easy to navigate. Rooms are well appointed and clean. Property is beautiful. Reception staff is not so great. Upon arrival 3 were in queue and there were 3 agents at reception but only 1 assisting guests. Waited while this one agent completed the queue line while the other 2 agents took no guests and just stood there. Same at check out. 3 agents and stood waiting till someone noticed me and offered assistance. I have worked in hotels for 17 years and feel this service was less than acceptable. I will most likely choose another location my next visit next month.

Eu adoro o Novotel! Os amenities, o café da manhã, o chuveiro e a cama são highlights! O quarto em que fiquei precisa de uma limpeza na parede o banheiro, mas isso foi só um detalhe. A localização e todas as qualidades citadas acima são diferenciais que não me deixam escolher outro hotel em BH.

Boa opção em BH

Quarto espaçoso e confortável, boa cama, TV com tela grande, boa vista da cidade, boa localização, ótimo banheiro, amenidades de qualidade e café da manha muito bom. O único problema foi a demora para limpar e arrumar o quarto. O serviço realizado após as 16h. Sempre tivemos que pedir pra limparem o quarto na recepção ao chegarmos após este horário, apesar de deixarmos o aviso na porta do quarto.

Excelente escolha!

O hotel está muito bem localizado, tem uma ótima estrutura, quartos bastante confortáveis e café da manhã farto. Inclusive, chegamos ao Hotel em horário anterior ao estipulado para a realização do check-in e nos foi permitido o acesso aos quartos. Portanto, o Novotel BH Savassi foi uma excelente opção.

Muito bom

Café da manhã incrível. Muitas opções de excelente qualidade. O box do banheiro tinha uns mofos nos cantos e o vidro foi limpo só onde a mão da pessoa alcançou. O vaso sanitário tem porta de vidro. Mas os odores passam para o banheiro e o quarto. Particularmente, não gosto também de quartos que possuem porta para outros quartos porque se perde a privacidade. Mas a localização é ótima e os atendentes muito simpáticos. Voltaria!
