We are very sorry for this review, so far from the reality of our agriturismo and yet so punitive, without any explanation on why you found your experience here so unmarkable.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry if haven't found our agriturismo up to your best expectations. We manage an old farm and we don't have a reception desk. We always write this on the confirmation message. About the cleaning service, I'm sorry if you misunderstood, but we rent apartments, so we don't have a regular cleaning service like hotels. Our public description specify that. Finally yes, we are currently hosting some young asylum seeker. They have been here for a few weeks and will be leaving in about a month. My best
