"Nice hotel. Giving 4 stars not 5 because everything was good but nothing stood out as exceptional. The breakfast was as expected in a European hotel. Staff in breakfast area were excellent. Whole hotel very clean. My room large, comfortable, and well appointed. Bathroom great. All this is as it should be. Lovely stay would stay again Area around hotel may shock those not expecting a busy city but area felt save and was very convenient. Would recommend staying here. "

"I had an excellent stay at this newly opened hotel. The front desk was tended by very capable staff who can help you will anything that you may have questions about your stay. My single room was small but sufficient for my needs with a single bed and a spacious bathroom with a nice space for a shower plus amazing water pressure. With the heat being unbearable at times, it was nice to return to the hotel to rest and take a freshing shower. the hotel is as pictured and nicely designed and laid out. Housekeeping was excellent and it starts at 1pm so you don’t hear the noise of housekeeping early in the morning. The breakfast was a nice departure of what is typically offered at airbnb or hotels. There was hot food plus regional breakfast pastries, local meats/cheese, and fruits. There was a coffee machine to make cappuccinos/espressos. The hotel is close to a lot of the sights and esp the port for day trips. It’s however away from the main road so the soundproofing was great. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to have napoli as a base. It’s about 11 mins walk from the garibaldi station. I found the location safe and in general napoli safe. "

"Loved that it was close to a main shopping area, did not love the street that it was on, garbage everywhere, homeless person sleeping on the sidewalk. The room itself was small, but clean and served its purpose."

"Even though it is located in a busy street it is very quiet inside. Very close to popular city attractions, dinning, and easy transportation. Giani, the hotel manager, is very helpful and polite. "

"We had a beautiful suite at the hotel. All staff and guest services were exceptional. The downside is the location of the hotel. It is across the street from the main train terminal which unfortunately had a fair amount of homeless/beggars. There was a good police presence however the location took away from our experience of the hotel. The other challenge we had was the taxi services. If you didn’t have the hotel reach out for a taxi (preferred), we found ourselves getting ripped off by the taxis. It just diminishes the experience overall."
