The gym was surprisingly nice as was the front desk person, Artie. Besides that, this place is a last resort. Our room was in basement next to the laundry (no elevator). The pipes knocked loudly every time someone flushed. The breakfast looked disgusting. The housekeepers kept their radios on full blast and their conversation was so loud in the hallway. If you have to stay here because everything else is full, it's fine, but if there's a choice, choose somewhere else.

Entrance to the level our room was in, next to the laundry.

So close to the freeway and shopping. We were surprised to be in a building that did not have an elevator and we were on floor 3. We didn’t recall reading that in the building description.

I loved that it was within walking distance of stores and restaurants. They did have breakfast daily but need to offer a variety of foods.

The MANAGER has been nothing but harmful and rude since we got here. I called ahead to confirm it was wheelchair accessible since I am travelling with someone in one. She was so rude and said that they were all taken and I asked her to please check again. She finally gave us a room after attitude. Then breakfast is in a different building. Up the hill, across the road. So we haven’t been able to eat breakfast. I can not push 300 pounds up that hill. It’s not possible. The manager lied to Expedia so we didn’t get any refund. Wheelchair lifts don’t work for pool. Manager told me we have to ask her for house cleaning. So I called and she told me I had to come to the office to exchange/pick up. I get to the office (which is up a hill in a DIFFERENT building) and she tells me I should have asked for room service and then she called house cleaning to my room. The house cleaner couldn’t even believe it. Apparently the manager is incredibly disrespectful to staff. Multiple staff told me to document my experience as I would need proof fighting with their manager. I understand now. And shame on you Wyndham. When I sent in a complaint explaining this was the manager, they gave me the manager’s email to come to a solution…… what a freaking joke.

We reserved and payed for 2 King Suites. We were given Room C 125 and 225. We asked that rooms be near each other, and at least they were one over the other. Room 125 is about 1/3 under ground so it's darker and smells a bit different. We liked the hard floor in that room, seemed cleaner than the rug in 225. Successes: friendly team members, good parking, free breakfast with long hours. Struggles: staff member at the desk when needed, cracked window- unknown to staff, window in 125 difficult to close (for safety). Smaller fridge in 125. No extra blankets in room and when we asked the front desk, we were told there were NO extra blankets....what about for the pull out couch? And let's not get started on the room service situation. Apparently room service is provided by a 3rd party in another state. A generic menu is provided of items available at nearby restaurants. We ordered using the QR code left in the room. However, the team member at the office had NO idea and continued to claim that there was no room service. It took over 2 hours to get our food, it was cold and a waste of money. One team member said that the manager would refund my money, but never followed through with that.

Continental breakfast options were great as usual. The bed mattress itself was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. But condition of rooms and hallways need attention. Bathroom fan was on its last legs. Wallpaper peeling. Floor was still wet with a puddle of cleaning chemicals when I first entered the room (which was quickly drying). No option to have fan running in ac unit through the night. It was very noisy in the breakfast room area the next morning while staff were setting up.

Older place but clean. Service was outstanding though. Couple hours after leaving I got a cs From hotel letting me know they found a watch in my room. It was my expensive running watch! So grateful to them for finding it and letting me know they have it.

The AC is a big cheap one making the air in the room really dry, at night when you call the front desk for a wake up call nobody is answering, our last day we missed our flight and decided to stay another day after being charged $40 for staying an extra 2 hours..which is ok even if nobody took our room..We asked to pay for another night and have the $40 removed..They told us no problem.. Now a few days later still have the charge for the 2 extra hours and almost $180 for an extra night,,I called ,was told a manager will call me ..2 days later ..Still waiting..
