"The guy working the front desk when we checked in, I don't remember his name unfortunately, but he was super awesome. He had some rad tattoos on his ear, though. Him, the super sweet girl who boxed up my dinner and got me a couple drinks for my room, and the attendant that was awesome enough to bring me toothpaste because I forgot it, they were all awesome. Great staff!!! The room was clean and spacious. The beds were a little firm, but I like that. I loved that it was in Bellevue, away from downtown. Close to plenty of awesome food. No parking fees and you can park in a covered garage. The only thing I had issue with was that I thought the pool was way too cold and, because it was inside, the smell of the chemicals were overwhelming. Since these are personal preferences it's not worth losing a star over. I noticed the fridge didnt have a freezer and I was a little surprised, but I didnt need it. Kitchen was pretty well stocked with stuff to be able to cook and eat there too. I will definitely choose to stay here next time. "

"The front desk person who checked us in was fantastic and we had a great night’s sleep in a comfortable bed in a safe feeling area. What else could a couple hope for? Unfortunately we had to leave early and didn’t have time for breakfast, but they did have a free breakfast. I really love Best Western I find the brand to be reliable. "
