"Staff was great but upkeep and cleanliness are lacking. Breakfast beyond disappointing. Dirty and sticky floor in the lobby and breakfast area."

"We had a good time staying in Mineral Wells. The breakfast staff and hotel staff in general were helpful and very friendly. The property needs some maintenance and updating. The door to my bathroom would not close all the way, broken tiles and air conditioners need a good cleaning. The door to open the room was also not well aligned and had to be forced open/closed. The hot tub was closed for maintenance."

"Bathroom clean but carpet filthy, my white footies were black on bottom after walking just a few hours on it. The bed was a boxspring with a thin foam mat on it. The pillows were 3 square things. But the swimming pool was nice."

"Wow, the Blennerhassett Hotel is full of surprises. I booked for all the usual reasons - looked historical and charming, clean, good reviews. After check in (and they upgraded me which was nice), I had a question for the front desk and my heart melted when I saw a darling doggie friend looking back at me from behind the desk. Turns out the hotel partners with the local humane society, and has helped 200 dogs find new homes!!! They have a wall of adoptee photos across from the front desk and...

"Breakfast was supposed to be served at 6:00am, hence one of the reasons we booked there. When we checked out at almost 7:00am, it still wasn’t ready, so we had to go to Dunkin down the street."
