「The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the hotel facilities did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price. The property appears to be poorly maintained. The air conditioning in my room was not working properly and only blew warm air, making the room uncomfortable. The staff was helpful enough to change another room for me. The fitness studio is well equipped, but the opening hours (9:00 AM–9:00 PM)...

「We were very happy with the stay, the location is convenient, a lot of restaurants nearby and few minutes walk to a shopping centre. The room is spacious, clean and the staff are nice and friendly. A lot of polices around the hotel makes it very safe and confident to park our car in the car park.」

「Propreté de l'hôtel Parking sûr Restaurant à proximité」

「This was a good booking with the pool and hot tub both very good. The room was nice - we stayed in one room and it was comfortable although compact. There was a coffee maker in the room but no kettle. Otherwise the quiet setting and open grounds make the location lovely and it all combined into a lovely stay.」

「Even though it's a large Chateau, it still has a homely feel to it.」

「Always great stay」

「J'espère que vous aurez bientôt des postes de recharge pour voitures électriques. Il faudrait éviter les tapis plains.」

「The young gentleman at the front desk was super helpful. The coffee and breakfast was very nice.」

「Lovely hotel. Clean, quiet, served a purpose for us. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were helpful. Great location from Calais. We'll probably return.」

「I’m giving 3 stars as it a place we stay at before getting early morning ferry. We stay there a number of times and this visit we didn’t enjoy the soups that were on offer! Mine was chicken?? My husband’s was onion?? We didn’t eat it!!」

「We stayed at hotel 3 for one night, they gave us a ground floor room and it was okay for one night, parking is very good and the gate is opened 24 hrs, and I saw big rats and rabbits running around in the car park 3 times, maybe the hotel rubbish is not probably stored. Shower curtain is white but the bottom seams have turned yellowish (rather disgusting), so I would suggest using grey curtain to hide the yellow stains created by shampoo & shower gel. Lastly, the hotel offers each room with...

「The location is not very convenient, as there are not many places within walking distance. To get to the city center or the beach, you need to drive. However, the hotel has an underground parking garage, which makes it suitable for guests traveling by car. The bathroom inside the room was quite dark, with only a light above the mirror, so the overall lighting was not sufficient. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and welcoming」
