We stayed 3 nights, wish it could have been longer. We booked the lake view double room and it was perfect, clean, comfortable, bed was king size and had a pull out sofa. Small dining table and a kitchen well equipped. Breakfast was excellent and the ladies were very pleasant and attentive. Close to Bellagio but yet far enough that it’s peaceful and quiet. Cannot wait to return.

We loved our stay. Excellent service. Comfortable spacious rooms including washing machine. Breakfast was full of local fare. Wine dispenser was a welcome touch. Hotel is a 20 minute walk from ferry terminal. Poets describe Bellagio as enchanting and sublime. Agriturisimo Il Colle captures that spirit. Highly recommended.

Newly finished rooms in very good condition and very accommodating staff, nice views of lake from dining area. Breakfast was very good. Excellent stay if you have transportation/car to come to property if you are arriving by ferry do talk to staff to somehow arrange transfer of luggage as Bellagio has no taxis and it will be painful lugging large bags up the hill all the way from Ferry terminal. All the staff was very helpful throughout our stay.

Wonderful Place in Bellagio
This place was fantastic! Check-in went smoothly (they have specific times which they will communicate. They served us cold water while we waited for friends to arrive. The rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are also very large. Bed was comfortable including the sofa bed. Room had A/C which was needed during our hot summer weekend. The breakfast was amazing, so fresh and good variety. The furit and honey was the best we've had in a long time as it's very local. The town is a 10 minute walk down the hill with great food and boats to rent. All-in-all, we would definitely recommend.

Perfect place to stay when exploring Lake Como. Left car in free parking and walked into Bellagio and ferry terminal to visit other villages! Short walk to local beach. Views from property of the lake were out of this world! We had family room with large washroom and beautiful outdoor seating area! Breakfasts were plentiful and included products locally produced on their property! Delicious freshly baked breads, farm fresh eggs and fruit, farm produced yogurt and honey! Host very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you! A must stay if visiting this part of Italy!

We had a fab 2 night stay. Our accommodation was beautiful. Very clean, large, comfy beds and the best view overlooking Bellagio. Mary and Luigi were so friendly and helpful from check in to restaurant suggestions. Our children 5 and 9 were very welcomed and had a fantastic time. Special memories made. Thank you x

A slice of heaven
Fabulous apartment with a breathtaking view. Mary was so kind and Luigi’s breakfast was fantastic including fresh eggs from their chickens. The view, amenities and referrals for dinner were spot on. Will go back.

The location is great, walking distance to Bellagio. Great views and large room. Breakfast was very good and facilities seem brand new, very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. A location I will certainly come back to. Rent a boat on Como as well, certainly worth it (Boat2go)

Very nice place to stay. Only 10 minutes walk from Bellagio. Parking on site. Very good breakfast. Affordable room rates. Calm and nice view of lake Como. Warm place with nice rooms. New place that will become very popular.

Love this place, strongly recommend it
Very friendly, helpful, clean place, the room was very spacious, clean , good quality linens and towels, beautiful spacious bathroom which unusual in Europe but made us feel home, we had a patio with outstanding gorgeous view, the breakfast was excellent quality all home made and fresh products, 10 min walking distance from bus station and 15-20 min walking to the town I would strongly recommend this place

The lady in charge needs to learn how to treat the guests. She is always angry and annoyed by any request. I don’t understand how she is in this business. She pretends you get there in the time she wants and if you don’t she starts complaining like she is doing a favor and you are not paying for a HOTEL! Luigi instead is AMAZING he makes you feel at home, always happy and willing to help and explain everything. My recommendation is to stay in the city of Como and from there take the ferry and visit in one day all the villages around. Getting to Bellagio in car is a nightmare.

Our favourite stay so far!
Luigi and Mary are wonderful! We loved every second of our stay and were sad to be saying good bye!! The view is incredible, the location is about a 15 minute walk out of Bellagio - the return is uphill and taxi’s are non existent in bellagio, and yet for the staff, service and food we would return in a heart beat!!

Love their "family run" type of business. Very nice and warm feeling. Very friendly people that worked there. The view was spectacular, cannot get a better view while having breakfast, or sipping on a drink while watching sunset. Free parking on premise. Nice 15 mins walk to the center of Bellagio. Breakfast was fantastic. The only problem we had was the noise from the hall way and how other guests shut their room's door. So loud that would wake us up in the middle of a deep sleep. There should be a sign with note to ask guests to kindly close the door softly instead of letting then shut as loud. I would love to come back and stay here again next time.

We had an incredible stay here, left wishing we could’ve stayed longer! There are no words to describe the beautiful views you get here, the best in Bellagio. The service was perfect, Luigi and everyone were so accommodating and made us feel at home. The breakfast is a must, especially with the view. Make sure to try the homemade shortbread cookies! Can’t wait to come back!

I loved the property. The room was much prettier than was shown on the website. Breakfast was served with the most gorgeous view. I couldn't get over that view. I went all over Bellagio and I think this property offered the best view of all the places I went and visited in Bellagio. I have returned home to the US but I am still on a high.

The Agriturismo is a gorgeous property with an incredible breakfast straight from the garden on property. It was a treat to enjoy the food and the view each morning. And, while downtown Bellagio is busy and loud, the property is far enough away that you feel relaxed and can get a good night sleep. My only caution is that the hotel is a 15 minute walk from the main area of Bellagio... and it is largely downhill on the way there and uphill on the way back. Be prepared to get some steps in and be in good enough shape. We didn't mind it at all, but it could be a bummer if you have mobility issues. Otherwise, would recommend the property!

Beautiful property right out of a picture book. Amazing feel to the property, beautiful landscaping and charm with incredible views. Staff is fabulous and Mary is very accommodating. The included breakfast is fantastic. Do yourself a favor and book here! One caveat is it is a little out of the way from the center of town so you either need to walk or get a ride.

Beautiful property!! Words cannot describe the view from our room and the patio. Check in was easy. Unbelievable breakfast! Fresh fruit from their property, eggs from their chickens and the incredible view ! Just one word of warning, it is a trek/walk, 20 min uphill, from the ferry. If you are elderly or out of shape, choose somewhere else unless you can get a ride. Otherwise, absolutely stay here!

This is the perfect place to stay in Bellagio. The views are spectacular 360 degrees. Clean rooms. The whole place is spotless. Mary and Luigi are so helpful and friendly. Luigi is a wealth of wine and history information. He's a chef and makes amazing omelettes. Mary helped us with a boat tour when we couldn't. Getting to town is about 15 minute walk. I will return to this small and perfect place on the beautiful Lake Como

Charming place
Agroturismo II Colle is a very charming place, peaceful, with great location, lovely views and convenient free parking. The breakfast is yummy! The only thing I could wish for, as there is no restaurant on site, is to have a better choice of tea available in the room (like herbal tea) and a bottle of water. Definitively recommend for a stay in Bellagio.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay here! The property was absolutely stunning, the breakfast was great, and Mary and Luigi were excellent hosts. A short walk outside of the center of Bellagio offers unbeatable views and a very comfortable stay.

Stay for a while....
We love touring by car. We love being able to walk to restaurants. We hate being in tourist zones. Il Colle may be the closest to Bellagio you can get without having to drive into the city. Consequently we walked in/out of Bellagio from Il Colle every day for 4 days (about 20 min 1-way). Il Colle's rooms and facilities are new, very well maintained and thought out. The Lake Como views are great and there's a peaceful vibe. We enjoyed just hanging out one afternoon with an excellent bottle of wine suggested by Luigi, the chef & sommelier, and enjoying the view/property. The Manager Mrs. Marie and Luigi really set Il Colle apart from other hotels we've been to in Italy. Both take great pride in the service they provide. Their restaurant & wine recommendations were superb. We will gladly return.
