「Arrived at 3:15am and were denied entry as the reservation cancels at 2:30am. This was disappointing for an airport hotel where late flight situations should be normal and accepted. Front desk charged us for the room we did not use and then said we could stay for double as it would be early entry and then the next night. Stayed down the street at the extended stay place and it was wonderful. 」

「This is a great properly with awesome amenities. We really enjoyed the multiple hot tub options in the main atrium area and the private seating area each provided. We also enjoyed the large selection of food options for breakfast and the spacious seating area. Very friendly staff and a great room. The property was very clean and well maintained. 「The hotel is great, however, they have decided to charge for parking. Why?!?! Everyone needs a car to get around. Disappointing!!!」

「We were honestly very disappointed with our stay. The hotel itself is very clean; the pool/hot tub and fitness center were great. The room was clean and very nice. However, we were disappointed with several amenities; the fridge in the room only "cools" for 2 hours then shuts OFF. There's no other setting or fridge option. All of the food we brought was ruined overnight unfortunately and there was nothing we could do about it. The fridge might as well not even be in the room. It isn't...
