Super friendly and helpful staff - Marta showed us to our room upon arrival and explained the room features (I've never experienced that at a hotel before!). "The deluxe room was very clean and had 2 small balconies and a very comfortable bed. The view across the lake was fabulous. Air conditioning was a must as every day was the mid to upper 30’sC. The breakfast buffet was okay…fruit, yogurt etc good but I would avoid the scrambled eggs.. they seemed to be reconstituted…and, as near always in Europe, the bacon was only partially cooked. I would not recommend dinner. The pool area was very good albeit there is the usual scramble for places and music more suited to a disco rather than having a relaxing chill by the pool! Perhaps it’s my age! The staff were very friendly and helpful."
