Not even sure where to begin - this experience was simply stellar from beginning to end… Check in was fast, friendly & easy… upon entering our room it felt like we were walking into a terrace of City Hall, with the dome seeming to be mere meters from our door! Our suite was impeccable - we truly felt like we were in another world! So comfortable, stylish & luxurious - we felt a bit of that “imposter syndrome”! Staff - including front desk, room service, breakfast waitstaff & bartenders were all wonderful, attentive & super-friendly… We wished we could stay longer than the three days we’d booked… Both Ten Square and Belfast exceeded our expectations!

from the minute we walked in, I think the front desk clerks name was Jamie, she and her co-worker where just amazing and so friendly. They allowed us to check in early and helped us in getting directions on where to go parking, visit and eat. We had breakfast 2 mornings at the hotel that where excellent, and dinner on Sunday night and was just as amazing. This place is amazing and worth every penny. Will return there one day for sure.

This is a very big hotel. Right on a busy street so expect it to be noisy. Having said that the staff was wonderful. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Parking is available at acost and its four blocks away, but everything is accessible by walking.

The Yorkshire Suite was awesome! Nice breakfast made-to-order. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and very helpful.

Small boutique type hotel with an awesome restaurant attached. Beds and pillows were super comfortable, shower was big and the products provided were top quality. Location was within walking distance of the central bus station.

There was a bit of a mix-up at check-in, but it was rectified rather quickly and to our satisfaction. The room was quaint and verify comfortable. The washroom was a bit dated but, they are in the process of updating some of the rooms in the wing we were in. Had a lovely view of City Hall. I loved being able to let in some fresh air! The bed was really comfortable as well. The hotel bar was great for a nightcap and the morning breakfast was delicious. This was one of my favourite places to stay on our trip. Staff was friendly and helpful!

While it’s not their fault that they don’t have onsite or valet parking, the garage that they have a relationship with is a ten minute walk/drive from the property, and they don’t have a loading zone to drop off or pick up bags. Also they host weddings several nights a week. - we were there a Thursday and Friday and a wedding happened each night - with music blaring until 1:30 AM.

Really well located and only 15 minutes from city airport. Some really lovely features inside, well decorated and the staff were friendly. Only two concerns - the first night was incredibly loud when we were trying to sleep as there was a wedding on in the hotel. The team did offer to move us but after a day of travel, we just wanted to rest so decided against it and the noise stopped at midnight so it wasn’t too bad. Second issue was upon checkout when we were told we owed money for bar drinks which had been charged to the room. We only had two drinks each across two nights and paid for them at the time, nor did we ever mention the room number when ordering. It suggests that there are no checks when someone says they’re staying in a certain room can walk away with free drinks, and someone else will be asked to pick up the bill. The team were very gracious about it and removed the charge when we explained there’s no way it could have been us. I would still recommend the hotel but think it’s only fair to flag issues, and acknowledge that the team responded well to each.

The hotel staff were helpful and friendly as well as being able to stay in the heart of the city was a fantastic experience. Staying on the older side of the building the AC was not working well and made the room warm but overall was a great experience.

Take the noise complaints seriously

This was our third time staying at Ten Square Hotel and safe to say it’ll be the last, which is a shame. We were given room 139 and we may as well have been in the karaoke bar singing badly alongside the rest of the crowd until 1am. Seriously, it felt like we were in the room next door, which I guess we were as we were directly above. Take all the other reviews of noise complaints seriously before booking (I took three ‘beautiful’ videos which sadly these review sites don’t allow). We complained both at the time and on check out and were told we were advised via email. Wrong. there was absolutely no mention of noise / request a quiet room if you plan on sleeping before the early hours. On check-out, Alison, who deserves a special name check for her substandard levels of customer ‘service’ advised that the sign advising of noise on the reception desk wasn’t “actually” hidden, even though it’s, erm, hidden behind another sign at the very far left side of the desk. We were told we should have been told on check-in. Well this is getting awkward now because, wrong again. What sensible person (who actually quite likes sleep) would, if told either via email and/or when checking in, would not request a room away from being forced to listen to hideous renditions of I Will Wait (NOT by Mumford & Sons), I’m a Believer (NOT by The Monkees), and What’s Up (NOT by 4 Non Blondes). All we got was an apology which at over £200 for one night simply isn’t good enough…
