Good common area with lots of space to hangout/do work/eat. Free coffee machine in the common area. Although the weather was very mild during my stay, the room was quite warm. No A/C or fans. Cracking the window helped a bit, but there are a handful of bars nearby and it's a busy street. Street noise was a big negative. Lots of young folk out very late, drunk, and loud.

Don’t expect for hotel service, it just a student accommodation. The location is good, very near the Botanic station and not too noisy at night. However, I booked the studio room, but there’s no cutlery in the room, and don’t even expect for any seasoning. The biggest problem is the door of the toilet is really hard to close, you need to push it hard. And when we close the door, the mirror on the wall suddenly falls down! Luckily no one get hurt, but the mirror drop to the socket and makes it broken (actually I don’t know why the socket will exposed and being broken…) It’s good for budget travellers, but not for leisure.

Superb new accodomation in the heart of Belfast. Clean, comfortable and very secure. Great value for money and within easy reach of most attractions. Very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

It’s a nice place to stay - we were just there for one night, this place may be better for a longer stay. The rooms are kind of like apartments. Staff were friendly and walking into town was reasonable and there’s a bus stop right there as well. Would stay again!

The bed was a bit uncomfortable (but pretty okay) and the window didn't open enough so the room became a bit stuffy. Other than that the room and kitchenette was great.

Struttura distante appena quindici minuti a piedi dal centro città (Grand Opera House). Personale gentile e disponibile. Struttura pulita e ordinata. La stanza in cui ho pernottato (una singola con letto matrimoniale) era essenziale ma ottimale per un soggiorno di una settimana. Uniche note dolenti sono la mancata pulizia del bagno e la mancanza del phon in stanza (l'ho comunque richiesto e me lo hanno fornito subito). Zona tranquilla anche a tarda ora con diverse attività.

No toiletries or coffee & tea in room. Didn’t like the handicap bathroom would have been nice to be made aware we were getting it. No shelves at all in the bathroom or shower, otherwise ok for a night. Nice for student accommodation.

Bathroom garbage was not removed after previous occupants. Dishes in dishwasher were not clean and no dishwashing liquid provided. The front desk staff were helpful on solving these problems.

These are student halls of residence during term time so whilst the bedrooms are on the small side they are perfectly adequate for a solo traveller. However the facilities on site are excellent. You have access to a laundry and fully equipped kitchen. There is a safe bicycle store, tea and coffee available all day in the reception/study/pool table/lounge area. The staff were always helpful and friendly.

We absolutely loved our stay at Bradbury Place! The staff were genuinely fantastic, with a special shout-out to David and his team for being so welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean, the location was brilliant for the University Quarter, and everything was within easy walking distance with great transport links. We were lucky with the weather too, which made our stay even more enjoyable! An air conditioner in the rooms would be a nice addition during particularly hot weather, but apart from that, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay again. Thank you! ❤️
