The staff were excellent. When the power went off in our room, they were quick to place us in another room, also giving us a complimentary beverage. The location of this hotel is excellent. The bar area is nice and they have music almost every night. Rooms offer a hot pot to make tea or coffee. You can go to the cafe to get milk for your coffee. There is no bottle water left in the room which most hotels have.
