「Amazing venue and views. Had one of the best rooms (1023). The rooftop was pretty although somewhat small. Super comfy beds, friendly staff, and walking distance to 16th street mall and other restaurants. Will go back soon. 10/10」

「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. 「The lady who checked us in was warm, welcoming and friendly. The location is walkable and convenient. The room was very comfortable. Unfortunately one of the glass cups in the bathroom fell and shattered all over the bathroom and entry way. The staff was responsive however missed a few pieces of glass which I stepped on and cut my foot. 」

「I chose this property because my adult children and grandchildren live in the adjacent building. My family was able to just walk next door, so convenient. The Hotel and our room were new and spotless, and the 17th floor view was amazing. We would chose this hotel again. 」

「The concierge was very helpful. After a long24 hour drive from Tallahassee Florida to Denver Colorado wit 30 minutes of sleep and a 10 hour shift of work renovation of the FSu stadium o was beat. She was super nice, and charming. When my dog forced me to get locked out of the room she helped us back in and carried part of my DoorDash meal as we trekked back to the 4th floor. She was a breath of fresh air. 」
