In General the hotel was good 1- Staff and service very friendly and efficient 2- Breakfast could be better i was there in 2016 the breakfast was amazing this time was very poor and limited choice 3- Internet very weak and not reliable better to have a phone with internet package 4- Security insured 24/24 5- Noisy sometimes specially if next room have kids better to have ear plug 6- nice swimming pool not to deep and safe 7- Hotel it’s located in a residential area but quiet area if you are looking for hotel with sea or mountains view this hotel it’s not your choice For me I founded a good place as it’s near everything 10 min from te airport and easy to access road to other region

The amenities are amazing, pools, courts, and gym. Our room could have been better, because the bathroom floor and room floor were quite dirty, and the bathtub could use a remodel. But The bed comfort is great, and sheet are very clean. The AC was a blessing and stayed on for our 8 nights! The curtains could use updating. The hotel hallway though were very hot and smelled like cigarettes on our floor. Location is great, nice and quite and plenty of street parking, close to airport and major highways.

Horrible Service I

Front desk service was horrible and very rude! Upon arrival I had to wait over half hour to get checked in. When I checked out additional charges of $125 was added to my bill for early check in, parking and upgrade that I didn’t request. The lady at the front desk name Rima was very arrogant and aggressive. I don’t recommend this hotel to no body. It’s location in residential area and very hard to find.

Nice place, but location and area not great.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice exercise facility and pool on 3rd floor. However the lighting in the bathroom were small spotlights in the ceiling. You were essentially looking in the mirror in the dark. The location was very difficult to get to via Careem or Uber. It is located in a labyrinth of streets. WiFi was 480kbps which is typical for most of Beirut hotels. ☹️. Overall relaxing stay but seemed isolated as far as finding local restaurants in walking distance. Not much to explore.

Hôtel très agréable,pour vous y rendre sortir du Boulevard direction CITYRAMA ZONE ROUGE , (entre pain d'Or et une station essence) et c'est au bout de la rue , donc l'aboutissement de la zone rouge....c'est important à savoir sinon les GPS vous font tourner en rond ! pour 1/ l'accueil Génial tout le monde et souriant et prêt à vous donner le renseignement que vous chercher . 2/pour l'équipement c'est très bien trois Piscines cleans , bien entretenues..il y règne une ambiance sportive avec des sportifs qui se rendent au centre du sport de l'établissement où à l'école de danse libanaise , venant de l’extérieure, mais un grand respect des résidents et sans encombre , donc ils vous donne envie de faire du sport. 3/la situation ,le secteur est encore relativement boisé, et à proximité de l'hôtel il y a un jardin public , fait tellement rare au Liban , qu'il mérite d'être dit... 4/ l'environnement , on est à 5 minutes à pied , aussi bien d'une petite épicerie , que des banques , pâtisseries, marchands de glaces , des grandes enseignes de pépites pistaches et autres gourmandises.....et des restaurants.. 5/Les chambres , comme dans le site , rien à ajouter , propres bien entretenues.. 6/Le petit déjeuner , est correcte , du salé : fromages ,charcuteries,labné, au sucrés croissants pain au chocolat , cakes , halawé , des céréales , les boissons ,jus de fruit ,café etc....les œufs , on vous proposera même une omelette.....(selon les serveurs), plusieurs sortes de Pain frais ,

I had an amazing two day stay @ Cosmopolitan. Good value, perfect location and extremely clean rooms. What was really outstanding is the top quality staff!!! I was serviced by Rima front desk - I called to check if I could delay my check out, not only she accepted and gave me an additional 2 hrs stay, but as soon as I called reception she greeted me with such a wonderful and enthusiastic good morning full of positivity that really made my day! Also, another staff member Majd who was there for the night shift, was so great, he provided all sorts of help to make my stay comfortable. Room service was amazing as well.. I recommend this hotel and will surely revisit due to the perfect staff and service they provided me with.
