Disliked: Amenities
Bed wasnt comfy at all same as pillows, there is no extra pillows in the room.
Noisy room cant sleep all night.
Staff wasnt helpful, they refused to give late checkout noting that u checked in late around 3 am
Elevator was not working and I had to carry my heavy luggage 5 floors up. Check-in was terrible as the guy gave me an attitude and told me I have to wait a couple hours for check-in even though I came on time. He told me my luggage would be sent to my room once the room is ready but when I came back I didn’t find my luggage in my room and had to wait an hour to get it. I woke up at 6 am to someone who sounded like a prostitute knocking on the door. The building is not secured as the entrance is open and anyone could go to the room.
First of all, this hotel is not centrally located in Beirut at all, despite how it is described. We arrived late, around 2am, and there was nobody at all in the building. We wandered around inside looking for someone, and after a bit we got our phones to work so we could call the phone number. Turns out there are 3 different buildings, and they didn't bother to leave even a note to make sure we knew that. Anyhow, they sent someone over to let us in the room, and we quickly found out that NOTHING in the room was as it was advertised. It was dark, there were two small beds, and no decor. When we checked in, we showed them the email confirmation we had for a double bed room, with a decent bathroom, breakfast included, and artsy decor. They, however, had printed out another sheet of paper that said we had none of this, and their paper trumped ours. They even had a sign posted that says "Breakfast included", but it is not. Since it was late, we just checked in and tried to go to sleep. More surprises were to come in the morning. The place is being renovated and they went ahead and started their construction around 7 or 8 in the morning in the room right next to, or above ours. Whatever this person's job was, must have included repeatedly dropping heavy objects on the floor. When I called and asked if they could work on something less noisy so we could sleep, they stopped for about 10 minutes and then started right back up again. Overall, the facilities were very poor, the staff was not helpful or friendly, and there is ro real reason to choose this hotel. There are plenty of other places in Beirut, which are in the city itself, and where you have breakfast. Stay there instead.

Two totally different hotels, be careful
Suite Hotel stands for two buildings of altogether different standards. The so called "Merlot" building is awful, the room they offered me there even had a strong odor of sewage. The rooms in the main building are fine with excellent room service and matress. One bad point about this place: They charge you everything extra and even ask for 5 dollars for one hour of wifi. But altogether, the rooms in the main building are a good deal, the staff is friendly and the location convenient for visiting the Christian areas of Lebanon.
The stay was not too bad , for sure it is not the ** stars , i really do not know who they rate it four stars , staff is frienldy , but hen arrived the elevator was out of service , we had to use staires , reception is in separte building from the room , you have to cross a crowded street to go to resturant or to go to reception

bon rapport
rapport qualité prix excellent, se trouvant sur un axe outier assez bruyant(isolation phonique par double vitrage moyenne), chambre spacieuse, propre et correctement équipée.le personnel est très aimable . je choisirais sans hésitation pour un second voyage
Positiv:
* Das 3 Sterne Hotel liegt nah zum Zentrum.
* Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
* Täglich frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche
* Tägliche Reinigung
* Internetverbindung vorhanden (LAN und nicht WLAN wie auf Beschreibungen angegeben!)
* Modernes Fernsehgerät und ausreichend gute Movie-Kanäle
Negativ:

DaBeast in Beirut gives this two paws down...Grrrrrr!
The hotel main building you see pictured on the website was nice....but if they ship you to the annex on the other side of the street, your screwed. You might as well not exist; no one is cleaning your room, answering the front desk, or acknowledging your presence in any way what so ever! The only up side was that the room was spacious, but the pleasure stops there. The mattress was hard, they can only spare two pillows a bed and no bed spread, there will be no housekeeping but for the day before you leave, by that time, you don’t care who cleans up! The amenity’s that they proclaim to provide is like a terrible April fool’s joke, had to wait three hours for an iron and board.
