「Sehr zuvorkommender Service, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Viele zusätzliche Annehmlichkeiten im Zimmer, wie Badeschuhe und Ohrenstöbsel. Kühlschrank mit Getränken incl. Wein und Sekt vorhanden und bezahlbar. Beim Frühstück wurde nach Nachfrage alles gebracht, ob Hafermilch, oder weiches Ei. 」

「Das erste Zimmer wartete mit einem ganzen Regenbogen von Gerüchen auf. Der Wunsch nach einem Wechsel wurde aber schnell und unkompliziert umgesetzt. Das zweite Zimmer war dann OK」

「Wir waren hier im Winter. Die Heizung hat gut funktioniert. Zimmer und Bad waren sauber. Wir waren schon öfters da, für uns ist das Hotel praktisch gelegen und mit ausreichend Parkplatz. Wir waren wieder sehr zufrieden.」

「Room was great, very clean but a strange layout. A bit of a maze to get from our room to the reception area. Had a high ceiling, almost looked like a refurbished hospital, but nicely maintained. Excellent location, close walk to town centre and Christmas markets. Parking was convenient and free.」

「Staffs are the best of this staying experience. Hotel condition certainly will benefit from proper update but room prices are reasonable. Parking spacing if done properly would certainly avoid people parking in two spaces. Many large bugs are found in room but have to give up changing room after the second room as they didn’t have another one for us to change to.」
