「The air condition was set on low and could not change it higher. We put our baseball fans on so it was good. The room and pool were clean so we did not complain. The breakfast could have had fruit, eggs and waffle machine like most free breakfast has. and no elevators> That did not bother us. However, some need elevators and carts to stay longer. We only stayed one day night.」

「i didn't like anything about the property the moment I got there I was very disappointed the shower had mold in it the bed at mice/ rat droppings I had to go to the store and get stuff to clean the shower before taking one I was so disappointed I checked out the day before and went to another hotel went to talk to the manager about the situation he was VERY! ugly and said he hears this all the time and was told that I would contact carpet he said go ahead I wood never recommend this hotel to...

「Beautiful house and setting. We loved the garden and the outside seating. The breakfast was traditional Louisiana with all guests seated together ‘a la famille’ We stayed in the Victorian room which was spacious and well equipped.」

「Incredibly poor service and zero communication between staff. I had a doctor's appointment and cleared an 11:30 AM check-out with the front desk clerk. Despite this agreement, an older man (presumably the owner) came to my room early, banging on the door violently as if there were a fire. When I opened it, he was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. I ended up slamming the door in his face. I didn't appreciate his hostile attitude whatsoever and will not be returning.」

The representative, Mike, was incredibly nonchalant and dismissive. Rather than checking on my missing item, he bizarrely started questioning me about an ice bucket. The lack of professionalism and care was shocking. I am furious with how I was treated and will absolutely never stay here again."」
