"-The mattresses are way too old and uncomfortable. As you try to lay down, you would sink in them. -The TV is outdated, it does need to be replaced with the ones with smart features. -Upon arrival, we had to wait about 10-15 minutes at the front desk until someone showed up. However, their check out was super easy as they provided text message notifications to check out. -The hotel does not provide self parking option and the is no parking lot on the property. They, however, provide valley parking for a fee."

"Front desk called to complain about our boys making too much noise but our kids was in bed already. "

"The carpeting throughout the building was old and needed vacuuming (at the least). The room was dirty… some sort of white powder in a corner … dust all over. The lights were not very good and one bedside wall sconce didn’t work, even after putting in a new bulb. The bathroom should be gutted. It’s a nah at this location. I have stayed at several midlevel hotels (including other Clarions) a this was the worst. This even ranked toward the bottom of budget hotels/motels I’ve stayed at. "

"Property could use a few upgrades such as shower rails being fixed, carpet stains cleaned and definitely needs new mattresses. Other than that, it was pretty good. Indoor pool & fitness center was nice. "

"Pool was black from winter. Owner was a jerk. Parked in an unloading spot, with signs for unloading, he demanded we move "right now". Car covered in tarp was blocking the actual unloading parking spot."
