「The staff was helpful and pleasant. Anything that we needed/wanted, we just asked for it and they assisted us immediately. There was a coffee station with fresh baked goods in the morning and coffee available all day long. The laundry room was clean and very convenient- I didn't have to bring home dirty clothes from vacation :) There was plenty of parking. There isn't an elevator so if you are unable to do stairs see if you can request a suite in the 1st floor.」

「Nice, well kept older period property. And as with any older property there is no elevator to this three story hotel. I have sometimes suspected that when you book through Expedia, they sometimes give you a lesser room and we were assigned the third floor. Ok we dragged our bags up two flights of stairs for our three night stay. No hard feelings until night three when we returned from dinner and witnessed two members of the restaurant assisting an elderly man on a walker to his room on the third...

「The room was very nice and clean. There was a lot of parking in the back. It was an easy drive to Acadia and Bar Harbor. There are also lots of restaurants close to the place.」

「Nice clean place, but one of the rooms was not how it was pictured. Instead of a queen, it had bunk beds. Water pressure was great upstairs but low downstairs in the bathroom. Also, ice maker didn't work. Great location」

「Rented a cabin for the long weekend. NOT what we expected based on the online pics of the cabins. Did not have the "Maine cabin" vibe at all - more like 1980s RV interior design. Vertical blinds on sliding doors were missing some sections so no real privacy. Bed was very uncomfortable. Hot water lasted about 3 mins, so showering or washing dishes was tricky - to say the least. Not so friendly RV "neighbors" who felt it ok to have a projected light show, and be loud and obnoxious past 10 pm. We...

「Expedia would not release this room in order for a refund. My flight was canceled and the hotel would have released it. So thank you hotel-However Expedia would not so not only was my trip ruined I also had to pay Expedia and not use its service. I will never use Expedia again.」
