「Property is not inhabitable in the heat, we were due to stay during the heatwave and unfortunately as the entire side of the property is glass and how it faces, it gets even warmer in the evening as the sun comes round. We had taken tower fans with us in preparation but unfortunately due to travelling with a very small baby and a toddler we were not able to stay at the property more than a few hours as our baby became distressed in the temperature. 「we were re-imbursed the cleaning money. The property was disgusting. Hair in beds, foot particles on range, on kitchen floor and dinning area. The condition of the property was more in tune with a hostel rather than a house for a family. The list of things that need to be fixed is to long. From patio doors that didn't close to stair banister hanging off the wall. There was only 1/4 toilet roll in the house for two toilets. We had to wash the sheets before we could sleep in the beds.」
