Before I arrived, my reservation was cancelled because the air conditioning in my assigned room had failed, yet no one contacted me beforehand. After arriving, the proprietor worked with me to find a temporary solution, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the problems extended well beyond the A/C. The room showed obvious signs of deferred maintenance, including rust-colored staining and what appeared...
