「Very straight forward check in. Lovely clean and bright apartment, very comfortable, quiet and within walking distance to the city centre. Handy Coop mini market just over the road. Only thing was bath was a little tired and had no plug which was disappointing as would have liked a bath in the eve after walking out all day but I would definitely recommend as overall it was very good.」

「The location is really convenient, the hotel offers nice food and drinks..etc. I do enjoy it except the shower room is not easy to use, and there’s no washing tablets offered, the dryer doesn’t really work as the clothes was wet after drying hours. 」

「The apartment at Jubillee House had absolutely everything I needed, including a welcome kit that meant I didn't need to head out immediately to buy groceries. The apartment was very comfortable and fairly quiet. There were video instructions for appliances on a tablet which also included useful information about things to do and see, and places to eat. I also really enjoyed the location, near pubs and commercial activities on Mill Rd. I will definitely be staying here on my next visit to...

「在過去多年的出遊，我們都喜歡住在這類的房子去感受當地之生活，可是，這一次的住宿實在是讓我們感到太失望了。（1）在入住前，我們沒有收到入住方法之電郵，最後是到到大樓門口用電話才能聯繫上，然後才拿到入住方法；（2）我們一共訂了5天的入住，可是浴室裡之清潔用品只夠兩人1天的使用；（3）因為回香港的飛機是訂了在下午6點，而還房之時間是早上10點正，在我們要求把行李寄存或延遲退房至中午12點正時，對方說我們必須付上每小時30英鎊共60英鎊才可以；（4）在炎熱的夏天裡，房間是沒有空調但就連風扇也沒有，因此嚴重影響了好幾天之睡眠素質；（5）因為大樓旁邊是車路和行人道，所以，在我們已經入睡的晚上常會被那些醉酒人士的大聲說話或喊叫噪醒。」

「The property is small and cozy as described, facilities are tidy and clean. We couldn’t receive the check-in instructions until we call at check-in time, the problem is solved quickly. A reminder that the toilet door is a reused old front door, that means when you lock it, you should lift the handle up first and then turn the button.
