Bury St Edmunds

"Poets24 Apartments enjoys the best possible location in Ely with a large and secure free car park at its rear. The Cathedral is just across the road and everything you need including lunch by the riverside is within easy walking distance. The room was appointed to a high standard and the large walk-in shower was exceptional. The facilities at the Poets Hotel are just a minute up the road and a great cafe is virtually next door. Norwich

"A lovely quiet place perfect for a night away. Clean and comfortable. Great host, always there to help out. Just be aware that the hot tub is a paid extra, something that is not mentioned but that is not the hosts fault. They are unsure why that information is missing from the listing. Hotels.com were useless at trying to sort that out. But don't hesitate to book this place, just maybe drop them a message about using the hot tub first. Thanks for a great stay Jenna, nice to meet you 👍"

The Fellows House Cambridge, Curio Collection by Hilton

8/10 Good

"Really appreciated that they had on site parking (at a cost) and a laundry room that allows people to wash clothes. The property seemed clean and well maintained. Food at the restaurant was just okay for the price point and although everyone was very nice, service was a bit slow and forgetful."

Arundel House Hotel

8/10 Good

"The website stated parking was provided, but when we arrived we were charged a substantial extra - not very welcoming. On Sunday morning we were woken by a very loud alarm. The staff's reaction was incompetent and seemed to reveal a complete ack of Fire awareness or training. No attempt was made to reassure visitors, ensure that everyone was accounted for or inform them that it was a false alarm. Restaurant staff were helpful and attentive."

Wilde Cambridge City Centre

10/10 Excellent

"Great location, we used the Castle Hill car park, that was a 15 minute walk, but cheaper. Before going, I checked that I could leave our baggage in reception and the response was quick and helpful. The rooms were lovely and spacious for the three of us. All the extra’s, like body wash, shampoo etc smelt lovely. Nice to have decent toilet roll. Loved the kitchen with the dishwasher, fridge & coffee machine. Would definitely stay again."
