「When I arrived, the man at the desk told me he couldn’t honor my reservation because “a pipe broke” and he had no other room. I had to go to another town and try to find a room at a different motel late in the day. He told me if I contacted Expedia and told them what happened he would return my money through them. Expedia contacted the motel and they REFUSED to give me back my money! Don’t book with this motel. They are unreliable and dishonest. Why is such a lousy establishment even listed with...

「Walked into our room after checking in and walked back out. The carpet was torn up all around the room, a hole in the bathroom door, stains on all bedding and all over the walls and counters. Talked to manager to get a refund and refused to give us one stating they were a lower price point hotel so "you get what you get".」
