"The staff was very polite and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great with plenty to choose from. Adequate parking available. Now to things that was not up to your hotel chain standards. The carpet throughout needed to be replaced or deep cleaned. The headboard in our suite was peeling and couch cushions was stained. The elevator broke so we had to sit in the lobby for a while because my mother is unable to walk up steps while waiting for it to be repaired. "

"This place is so convenient. It’s near all the eating and shopping you want. It’s clean (although they could have came in and took the trash out my room during the stay) and quiet. I had to pull myself out of bed it so warm and comfortable. "
