The hotel itself was a very nice facility. No the rooms were spacious and clean. Shower was large. The only negative for this place was that it is a little further from the center of the city. Not along way but each day starts with a long walk to get to a place for breakfast. In the greater scheme of things the quiet is a great. Trade off

We stayed in a converted stable which was unique - it was an apartment which was spacious, bright, and comfortable. It was lacking in aesthetics (color, pictures on the walls, pillows), nothing welcoming - and some conveniences like space in the bathroom to set things on (shelf, small table). Also there was a limited supply of toilet paper, towels, shampoo and soap - you had to supply these yourself or pay extra for them (3euros per extra towel). The staff was friendly and accommodating helping us with our schedule and storing our luggage while we were on a tour. We would consider staying again though we might consider something a little more central.

I did not have hot water the first day and due to language misunderstanding they did not repair until late in the day. But once repaired, all was good

Lovely little hotel, clean and everything you’ll need. If you choose their breakfast the granola has chocolate instead of raisins! I am hooked!

Perfect shame about the WiFi
This was the perfect place to explore Bayeux and the apartment was clean, warm and comfortable. The only criticism I make is about the WiFi which would only let me connect one device at a time and seemed to time out a lot which was annoying. It would have been excellent apart from this

Our room was great and spacious. The bed was comfortable, we had a great hot shower and wifi was easy to access.The staff was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful! We loved having breakfast on site as an option! We’d return in a heartbeat!

I like the fact that there were plenty of restaurants near by in walking distance, even a cafe next door. We ate there one time and had their Texas burgers, of course, because we were from Texas. It was quite good. There were lots of shops nearby. Close to the meeting point to pick up the tour we took to see the D-Day beaches and museumss, and walked to other museums in Bayeux.

Very gracious and friendly hosts. Patient with my English and helped me navigate my stay. Lovely, clean rooms. Secure. Breakfast was really enjoyable. Many options and tasted great! Location was terrific for walking around town and accessing the beautiful Cathedral.

Excellent breakfast in a nice dining room. Excellent reception and a pretty older building. Easy access to the Normandy beaches. Close to town square, restaurants and shopping. Bayeux Tapestry just down the road. Our room, #2, should be avoided. Very little room to move and very badly “decorated” with mis-matched colours and poor lighting. I think that the bed was quite good.

Fabulous Two Star Hotel.
The most warm welcome from the owner on arrival. provided lots of information about our intentions. Ideally located just a short walk to the centre of Bayeux. Hotel is very clean and totally practicable for our three nights. Free local parking. Nice room in the converted barns.

The property is clean and tidy for French hotels. Top end of the Main Street so walkable No fridge or Airconditioning so may be interesting in mid summer It was good for what I needed and the staff very helpful A laundry service would be ideal

A great hotel to stay in.
This hotel was easy to find. The lady at reception was fantastic. Friendly, helpful and informative. The room was a delight and so spacious, as was the en-suite. Would highly recommend staying there.

Good stay in Bayeux
Our stay was very good. We really enjoyed our breakfast. Room was a good size and clean. Shower stall a bit too small and it would be helpful to supply soap in the bathroom. Location was fairly good but a bit of a walk to restaurants. Parking was really good and the staff were excellent.

There is no control over the weather, I realize. But it was very hot when we were there and our room had no windows for cross ventilation. Even providing a fan in such extreme circumstances would have helped. Also, no shampoo, soap, lotion or Kleenex were provided. Otherwise, the managers/owners were very cheerful and friendly and the place certainly had charm. There was one working skylight and we kept our door open at night, but I can’t say it was a comfortable experience. Breakfasts were very nice.
