It was quite small and didn’t have many amenities (such as body wash or a microwave) and our window was tiny. The air conditioner vent was positioned next to the bed and blew air directly on us as we slept (quite unpleasant). The reception staff were wonderful but when the only elevator broke the manager was rude and unhelpful. Our room was on the top floor and when he was asked about a status update for repairs he said there are the steps. He didn't have the decency to even say I apologize for the inconvenience we are working on it.」
