「Le cadre de l'hôtel, avec la piscine et la salle de restauration est vraiment très agréable. Dommage pour l'agencement de la salle de bains, avec une douche non fermée qui projette de l'eau partout dans la pièce. Les autres pièces de la chambre sont parfaites, tout comme l'ensemble du personnel de l'établissement toujours souriant et de bon conseil, c'était agréable.」

Early in the morning, I walked through the garden and took photos of flowers covered in dew. The sounds of insects and birds made the experience feel immersive and alive. 「Every staffs were wearing smiling faces all the time. It was so touched to receive a handwritten Xmas card and chocolates from your staff. They also provided a complimentary Xmas buffet dinner to all room guests on the Xmas eve. Most surprising me was the cleaner not only came to make up the room once per day ,but everytime when We went out .They came up to change the towels , clean the garbage and decorate the room for us for a few times in a day. Their housekeeping service was excellent!...

「A fantastic hotel to stay at in Hoi An.Wonderful staff in Vivian, Sally, Catherine, Minh, Hau and more who are extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating.Rooms are great with very comfortable beds, great shower and bathrooms, TV, fridge, compliments etc. Swimming pool is large and very clean.Very easy access to the heart of Hoi An town and Ancient district.The free bike use is marvellous and it is a 5 minute flat, relaxing ride into the heart.Very safe ride during the day or night.Breakfast...

「The owners (Yuen and Lim) are wonderful, they really went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay with them. The room was quite large and comfortable, breakfast was tasty and filling, we had pancakes made by Lim and the pool was great for a dip in the hot and humid weather. It was relaxing and stress free. It's a little gem hidden away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An. I highly recommend staying there and great value.」

「This is a lovely place to stay. I had a ground floor suite near to the central courtyard which is where the outdoor pool is located. The suite was more like having a little villa to myself - a spacious living / bedroom space with its own little front porch with a seat that was perfect for reading. Bathroom was sizeable too and had both bath and shower options (one indoor and another outdoor decked area for showering too) Staff were attentive and welcoming throughout - a first class service...
