Guten Tag Herr Pfouga, Sie haben gutes Recht eine Bewertung zu schreiben und ueblicherweise unterlassen wir es zu antworten, Aber in dem Fall wo wichtige Details nicht geaeussert werden oder Unwahrheiten geschrieben werden sind wir verpflichtet uns zu aeussern: Sie haben in unserem Hotel Simplon ein Doppelzimmer Economy (ohne Balkon) gebucht und sind zu DRITT angereist, also war das DZ nicht fuer Sie geeignet. Da wir komplett ausgebucht waren hatten wir als LAST SECOND Loesung eine Wohnung im Residence Carl & Do , mit Balkon und mit Fenster. Trotzdem haben Sie einen Aufenthalt im Hotel Simplon in einem Familienzimmer economy ohne Balkon mit Fenster bevorzugt . MfG Bettina , Zacchera Hotels

Wir waren vom Pool vom Garten und den Zimmern begeistert, besonders die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war über aus freundlich und kompetent. Der Service hat einfach gestimmt. Wir kommen gerne wieder für einen längeren Aufenthalt.

2 giorni sul lago Maggiore.
L'hotel si presenta molto bene con materassi validi e buona pulizia. Munito di piscina esterna con idromassaggio. Nel mio caso le critiche vanno al bagno con alcune posizionamenti infelici ( vaso wc posto tra il fianco della vasca e il muro con poco spazio a destra e sinistra, porta rotolo carta igienica di scorta su cui ci batteva la gamba destra e il porta spazzolino del wc in fondo alla vasca a circa 2 metri dal vaso. Non mi era mai capitato, nonostante la mia età non più giovanile e quindi di aver frequentato vari hotel, di vedermi presentare nel conto ( anche se facoltativa ) una percentuale e quindi una somma quale mancia per il personale di servizio. Con mia moglie non ce lo aspettavamo. Le mance, almeno secondo noi, devono essere spontanee del cliente e non richieste dal personale nero su bianco. Ci siamo rimasti molto male!!!

Beautiful facility and landscaping exquisite with a view of the lake. Not on the lake, but very close. Our room was very humid, no A/C. Very disappointed that parking, breakfast and exercise room all cost an extra fee.

What a great hotel! The reception staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and the en-suite was spotless.

Luxurious property if you pay the price for a room with a view of the lake and pool. Sumptuous breakfast buffet. Beautiful pool with tunnel access to an indoor pool at a neighboring hotel. Bar a bit pricey. We had lunch once but better and less expensive food in town. Short walk to town. We enjoyed a few relaxing days after traveling for two months.

Fonctionnel mais pas charmant
Un joli centre de convention. Pas si romantique. Nous avons juste dormi la bas, les chambres un peu petite. Le resto était complet. La piscine agréable mais il faut trouver de la place. Bien placé.

Alles sehr gepflegt und in gutem Zustand. Frühstück mit frisch gepresstem Orangensaft und super Schinken. Man kann den Wellnessbereich, Innenpool und das Fitnessstudio des Hotel Dinos nutzen ohne die hohen Preise des Hotel Dinos zu bezahlen. Jeden Abend kommen 1-2 Busse, die auf einer Rundtour sind um abends im großen Speisesaal zu essen. Das Hotel ist aber bestens darauf eingestellt. Man isst selbst im separaten Bereich und uns hat es deshalb nicht gestört.

Bellissima struttura ed ottima posizione. Spettacolari le piscine (personalmente ho apprezzato moltissimo le chaiese longue in acqua) ed i giardini. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Luogo perfetto per il relax!

Awesome amenities
There's a very specific definition of luxury here—lots of shiny gold trim and loud floral prints. That lack of restraint isn't my taste, but the price is right and the location is incredible. Plus, the hotel was clean and well-maintained, the staff was warm and professional, and the amenities are top-notch. Access to the nearby Hotel Dino's amenities is a plus, especially since it has a lakefront pool. Both hotels are steps from the train station and the ferry terminal.

Hôtel parfaitement entretenu. Jardin impeccable. Petit déjeuner nickel. Proximité avec les bateaux qui vont aux îles Boromées. Il n'y a rien à redire mise à par le prix peut être un poil élevé. Mais en conclusion, séjour de très très bonne qualité!
