4 kişilik 4 yatak olmasını talep ettiğim rezervasyonumda bana iki kişilik oda verip bir çekyat ve dahil edilebilir yatak verdiler. Küçücük odada 4 kişi kalmak zorunda kaldık. Çıkış yaparken odada kendi konumlandırmalarından kaynaklı bardak kırıldı diye biz check-out yaptıktan çok sonra aracımızı beklerken sırf oradayız diye tekrar ücret talep ettiler. Genel olarak memnun kalmadım.

В целом, отель понравился.

Отель Tangerine очень понравился, оправдывает свою 4-ку. Реальное состояние мебели соответствует фото. Вид из окон - на море. Уборка и смена белья ежедневная. Завтраки вкусные, день ото дня меняются. От центра Батуми 40 мин прогулочным шагом по набережной. Что хорошо в отношении чистоты моря (порт расположен близко к центру города). Пляж рядом с отелем не очень - крупная, ранящая галька. Впрочем, во всем Батуми пляж такой же.Так что это не минус отеля. В целом, отель понравился. Могу рекомендовать.

Close to the airport and beach

Great and cozy place, close to the beach, clean rooms and quite new furnitures(pictures truely lookalike the rooms), most of days good breakfast with several options. About 15min drive to the town centre. There is a super market very close where you can buy most of the things you may need. Also cafe's and restaurants around. Friendly staff, especially the reception staff who can understand and speak English well enough. WiFi connection steady but slow. TV channels variety not really great though. Hotel only accepts Lari not Dollors or Pounds.

Perfect view, perfect stay, location close to the beach. The staff ordered taxi on request and provided with launch-box, as we were checking-out very early. Breakfasts are very good.

Excellent reception and very clean

The folks at the reception desk are warm, friendly, and do their best to help the guests, even when their international language skills are not most fluent. Really nice people. The rooms are immaculately spotless clean. Sea view rooms are wonderful, yard view rooms are large but ehh.. none likes to look at that yard view even when from a large clean room. Which brings us to the location of the hotel. It is just to blocks to the endless black sea beach, but it is NOT walking distance to the city. That is a bummer in a city where there is a lot to be seen. However, the taxis are very cheap and the hotel reception was very helpful finding the best taxi company in town (called NEWYORKER!) The problem is coming back from the city because we encounter many small time crooks as taxi drivers who wanted to charge twice, three times more .. which is again really cheap but absolutely unfair to other nice and clean taxi companies like the NewYorker. When we had to take the taxi of one of those crooks, our brave receptionist tried to confront the bully. The breakfast is OK, nothing bad, nothing fantastic, but the food at the cafe is really really good. There is a nearby supermarket and even a wine seller with delicious and exquisite homemade wines. Bottomline, Tangerine is a great, clean hotel, with a delicious cafe and just wonderful receptionists. But its location (even though it is close to the beach) is a bummer.

Nice and clean hotel with beautiful view but very bad service , poor communication in English, room was supposed to be with kitchen facilities- no facilities, breakfast was supposed to be served from 7-11 - they serve from 8 , hotel booking paid online- they wanted to charge again , for the price I paid you can find better hotels closer to the centre of Batumi

Hotel is worst where it should be best - reception

This was my second stay in Apart hotel Tangerine, and now I can sa rooms are nice, and since hotel has 21st and 22nd floor you get nice view and quiet, excellent, clean and spacious, and I have no complaints whatsoever. But what makes a hotel are two things: Staff and cleanliness. While cleanliness was excellent, and entire place was spotless, staff is another story. During checkout, staff showed utmost unwillingness to cooperate and listen to simple request I made, to have separate bills for room, food and services. And when I requested in English, and then in Russian, slowly, and explaining patiently, they said "No problem" and did opposite. Then more staff came and I explained again, and they said " Yes we understand, no problem" and they did it again as they pleased, looking me in the eye and calmly doing opposite of what I asked. I felt like I was in "Idiocracy" movie. I tried to communicate and whole ordeal lasted about 30 minutes and at the end I was so furious, that I didn't even take breakfast, I just wanted to leave this place as soon as I can. And about breakfast, first time I was there, it was great and they had Georgian breakfast. This time was average, very limited choiceseriously lacking liquids, so you are compelled to order extra drinks. All in all, here is final verdict: I am not going to this hotel again - if reception staff says one thing and does another, they can't be trusted, and that raises many questions, from basic hospitality to overall safety.

Nice new ApartHotelin new Batumi. Great Seaview

We loved our stay. The Aparthotel is new located in the 20th floor of the building with reception , restaurant and cafe on the 1st and 2nd floors.The building is in the new area of Batumi with great sea view and only 2 minutes from the beach and around 20 minutes walk from the main attractions in the city center but taxis are cheap if you don't like to walk. However the walk is nice as the beach is full of tourists. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself is very clean and newly furnished as the hotel opened just few days ago. Balcony is nice and rooms are spacious with kitchen equipments available. Breakfast is good but limited options available. Elevators are busy sometimes and Wifi coverage isn't that good. Overall the stay was pleasant and we recommend it
