Nice new property with beautiful view of Batumi

Beautiful location right across from the beach. Great view of Batumi from our balcony. Really enjoyed the cafe on the property, we were there every day for coffee and the sandwiches were surprisingly good as well. It’s a new property with some construction happening, but nothing that disturbed our stay aside from a few quick power outages. The staff was very helpful and communicative, with special thanks to Nikoli in particular. They even accommodated a late checkout on our last day, which we greatly appreciated. We would stay here again if we return to Batumi.
