This is a difficult review to write as we never actually got to stay. The UK and over governments put an ‘essential travel only’ notice on the Battambang area due to a border dispute between Thailand and Cambodia. We tried to cancel our reservation, the hotel ghosted us, Expedia just went into ‘computer says no’ mode. The position Expedia took was that they were happy to take our money knowing full well we would be on our own and uninsured if we had chosen to travel. A very poor experience and highly disappointing for such a large travel provider.

客室内はもちろん禁煙ですが、全体的にスモーカーフレンドリーで助かりました。 プールの水質はいささか気になりましたが、それ以外はすばらしく快適なホテルでした。 ただ、ホテル周辺は真っ暗なので、夜間に女性が外出する際には少し不安を感じるかもしれません。
