My stay was amazing in every way. the hotel is beautiful, super clean and comfy. My husband and I were there for a concert and we had our own transportation but traffic was really bad driving to the Raising Cane arena because a festival was going on in that area as well. It was so relieving to know that the hotel had transportation available to drop us off in front of the arena and we didn't have to deal with the drama of traffic and parking. We will differently be staying there again.
Beautiful hotel and room.
Clean and well looked after. Our room was really nice and very modern.
Only issue was with the bar. We had to leave a card to keep the tab running and we have had 2 charges put on there there when there should have only been one. Email the hotel but no reply.
Other than that it was a perfect stay.
Valet parking was great too.

Overall the stay was decent.
Pros: location was optimal for our destination.

The bed and pillows were fluffy and comfy!
Cons: the hotel was a little more dated than expected. For $200+ a nice we had higher expectations
The bathroom wasn’t as clean as again you would expect from a pricey hotel
Our toilet did not work properly as upon flushing it would not go down. We were offered a plunger as pictured below. We were not transferred to another room or given any type of hotel credit.

We love the Watermark. The hotel is clean. The staff is friendly and courteous. We love the bar and restaurant area.
The only negative remarks would be regarding the valet which is pretty slow.
The mattresses are not the most comfortable and more luxurious sheets and comforters would be nice. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Great experience the way a 4 star hotel should be. Great design. Cool bathroom. Very clean. Sorta posh. Lovely smelling in-house restaurant though we didnt eat there (visiting family). Will be back!!
The hotel itself is beautiful, and the service is amazing. Especially Mr. Bill Facey. He took us down and showed us the vault and depository areas from the historic bank while we were waiting for our car after checking out. Way above and beyond. Will definitely book again the next time we are in the area.

My stay was pleasant. The only problem I had was there was no microwave, the room lighting was not adequate enough and the thermostat only went up to 80.

Room was not ready for check-in time, but the hotel did make up for it by providing a voucher for free breakfast.

This is the nicest hotel in Baton Rouge but not without minor issues. The noise from the halls is very loud. Our room's bed was positioned on the wall that shares the hall and we could hear every word of every conversation people had while walking to the elevator. Valet tends to back up.
The on-premise restaurant and bar are nice and convenient.
As a converted bank, the rooms are t. Front desk attendant gave us wrong room number
Ok ! I love watermark personally! However I got so drunk and I was by myself! The bar is nice everyone was so nice ! I got drunk was in room by myself I needed a bc powder ! Tylenol! Goody powder and a ginger ale I called downstairs to see if they had anything of that nature and they didn’t ! I just think guest services should start selling those things personally! Over all everything was good !

A short stay but it was enjoyable! Neat place with a great atmosphere! Perfect location and check in and out was easy peasy. Stephanie checked us in and she made us feel welcome. She was a big help in getting us where we were going. And thanks for the ride Derrick! Definitely stay here!
I liked the property and location Mr Bill was the best !!! I did not like how noisy it was and that the people staying next to us were so loud i called front desk 3 times . I also didn't.like I requested a river view and did not get it I paid extra on Expedia for that
