Timgad Hotel Hazem has wonderful, responsive staff, especially the front desk. They helped me get a taxi and helped adjust the number of nights I stayed. The hotel is clean and the rooms are fine. Mine had no desk, but the internet worked OK. The breakfast had coffee and lots of pastries, but othewise ...
