「Everything was great, staffs are very helpful and informative. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was great and the price is reasonable. Stayed a great night there.」

「The receptions were very friendly and the staff was very helpful to carry out our luggage to the stairs and showed us the room; warm like a home. Except the male staff who were on duty while we checked out in the morning; he was the only staff in the reception and is not busy at all. However he has reacted expressionless while we asked for check out and not even saying a goodbye or thank you for staying to us; As a customers,it’s not a good impression at all while they served you with...

「Pro: Very nice and helpful staff Location near city center Parking is just oke Cons: No lift Free parking is a bit far」

「The staff were welcoming and helpful- I was delighted that they had kindly upgraded me. The hotel itself was beautifully and tastefully decorated throughout. I had a lovely breakfast. The location was close to the centre and the major attractions. I had a very enjoyable stay.」

「The hotel has limited parking spaces at the rear and it’s great they only charge if you find a spot. Rajeev at reception was every helpful in making us feel welcome. The location is 10 mins walk to the Bath city centre, so we left the car parked for our two days. If you have luggage you need to walk it from the car park to the hotel reception as there’s no back door entry. This means suitcases on a short distance of footpath. It’s not busy but good to know.」

「酒店位置地點方便、房間整潔！不錯的酒店！」

「Spotlessly clean, well located for a bit of walking or a cheap taxi ride into the centre , all the supplies we needed for a lovely stay.」

「Location was excellent - in the heart of Bath, close to the Abbey and Roman Baths」

「My family resided in a room with air-conditioning in out of service, hotel staff arranged with electric fans to cool down the room. It seems like common situation in UK hotel during summer.」
