Comfortable Country Inn

Great location for a Bathurst stay, close to shops and walking distance Panthers club. Great shower/bathroom with basic but comfortable room. Very friendly host and easy parking, would stay again.

Comfortable stay in great location

This was a nice comfortable 2 night stay, not 5 star, but still quite good. Room was spacious and both room and bathroom were clean. Very comfortable bed. Nice and quiet and a good sleep. Great central location, walking distance to everything. Panthers club around the corner and fantastic pub across the road. Room had fridge, coffee area and tea, toaster, iron. Off street parking. Good hot water and water pressure in the shower. Good Wifi. Would stay again.

The reception rang to make sure I was ok as as I hadn't arrived and it was close to 6.45 pm. That was nice. I was shown My room and explained there was a club 2 doors down if I was hungry. My room was very nice it smelt lovely the bed was very comfortable, shower was hot and good water pressure. I would recommend this motel and will stay again if needed. Thank you to the man at reception for caring.

Very comfy bed and all the usual amenities. The fan in the bathroom made an awful racket and there was an intermittent similar noise during the night which was quite disturbing (room 3).

Disappointing stay

Our one night's stay at the Country Lodge motor Lodge was disappointing. Our room (no.1) was dark and very small and also had a tiny bathroom. The toilet seat wasn't fixed down and the shower leaked water over the floor. The bed was comfortable as was the two seater lounge. 200 metres down the road is a good pub and on the opposite corner is Panthers club for a good feed. Our room could do with some work.

The room was fine; average for a venue of it's age that has been refurbished. The king bed was good. The A/C had unfortunately been mounted on the only really appropriate place, but this was in a corner that restricted airflow. The contact phone for reception was broken; a sign asked customers to call a number using their own mobiles. For the price, I'd give it three and a half stars.
