"We loved everything about the Gainsborough, the staff were very helpful, the Spa was brilliant, the room was clean and today, also the maid was very polite and helpful.
We were also upgraded to the Gainsborough suite as we mentioned it was our 25th anniversary so this was a plenty surprise, the hotel went above and beyond as they laid on a complementary fridge of drinks, a bottle of wine and a big box of Bath cheeses.
Truly wonderful stay - thank you we come again."
"Excellent accommodation right in centre of town. Our pick was a Clean and stylish apartment for 2or4 (1 large room with divider in middle for some privacy). Great kitchen and bathroom with cowshed toiletries. Secure and clean from entrance to the apartment too"
"An amazing hotel from start to finish. The staff cant be more friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and fresh looking with robes and slippers provided. A bottle of water is also provided on arrival alongside biscuits, teas and coffees. Lovely cooked breakfast in the morning.
Bath main town is a short walk away (15 / 20 mins) but be aware that there is a steep hill returning back to the hotel if walking that might be a challege for those less mobile.
Would highly recommend a stay here."
"Room was fairly compact but very modern and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable with good quality linen."
