absolutely loved our stay.The hotel was clean,friendly,and in a fantastic location, with everything within walking distance. The customer service was excellent throughout our visit,and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. A special thank you to Rajeev kumar who truly made our stay even more enjoyable.His kindness, helpfulness, and local knowledge made exploring the area so much easier for us. Very central to Bath attractions. Level flat walk to station, and the Roman Baths and other sights. Staff very pleasant and useful; gave us an eatlier check in when we arrived in Bath in the rain. Would stay again.

Beautiful historic building and friendly staff. Great location for exploring Bath on foot and nice quiet street with little traffic. I especially liked having breakfast served to the table instead of buffet - that should be highlighted on the website. I was upgraded to a lovely airy 2nd floor room with a bath in the annex which was welcome on a hot couple of days.

Good location, very helpful reception staff. Comfortable bed and very clean. Only negative was the terrible tv signal (room 4a), which needs to be connected to the main aerial or upgrade to wifi. A plug in aerial just doesn't work. A privacy blind would also be helpful as only curtains, not great for street facing room.

Lovely room and bed was very comfortable. My only criticism is that there is no shower door which made the floor in the bathroom wet which can lead to slipping. I think maybe a mat would be helpful as I had to use a towel to soak it up

The weather was hot and the room was insufferably hot even with a fan, portable a/c unit and keeping heavy curtains closed. I was almost scalded in the shower as once you got it warm after a few minutes, someone in the building must have flushed and then the shower was ice cold only to go back to scalding once you turned the hot water back up. It’s in a good spot close to historical areas but not very comfortable.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the centre of Bath and within easy walking distance of the main attractions. We stayed in a double room, which was a good size, and the bed was very comfortable. The room was supplied with clean towels, and the shower was spacious and worked well. Unfortunately, there were a few drawbacks. We had breakfast during our stay, but much of the food was overcooked. The toilet also had visible mould around the rim where the water flows, which was disappointing from a cleanliness perspective. Overall, the hotel was pleasant enough, but it felt somewhat overpriced for what was offered. In particular, the £22 parking charge seemed excessive and added significantly to the overall cost of the stay.

Staff were all really nice & on the ball, very pleasant, opened doors for us, got us a drink while we waited for our room, which we got into early ( without asking) also offered us an extra half hour to check out as we went out. So we had more time in the town. All in all lovely hotel very close to town 5 minute walk. Only problem is parking, but the receptionist found us a space in the back car park & our Daughter & Son Inlaw who were with us.

Shops and restaurants nearby, as well as parks and a gallery. Not the easiest property to navigate for those with mobility needs. Definitely not wheelchair suitable.
