My son and I enjoyed this hotel a lot. Apex Hotel was the best of the four hotels we stayed in. The room had everything we needed with the exception of a microwave. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided the usual but also included the "full English breakfast". The dinner menu included sticky toffee pudding and it was delicious. I would give the hotel 4 stars.

We’re currently traveling across the UK and staying in alot of hotels. This is the best one yet! The pool is really nice, the staff are nice and I was able to check in early. Easy spot to unload bags and pack back up. Rooms are really nice too.

Nice modern hotel walking distance from historical center, restaurants and train station. Good breakfast for extra 15 pounds with choice of main dish and some buffet. Enjoyable swimming pool. Helpful staff. Excellent value for money.

Very close to everything. Great restaurants and awesome local sites all within walking distance. Drop off and parking were challenging since we are still figuring out British driving.

Lovely hotel, but the pool was very cold and so not that relaxing. And the parking is so poor and expensive. More information about this would help. But the staff were lovely and incredible location.

I have stayed at the Apex before for work and had a lovely time but didn't know that it had a spa. I was so surprised by how amazing the spa was! I popped down for thirty minutes for a swim and ended up there for an hour and made sure to get up early the next day before check out to use it again! It's a great hotel with incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff, lovely breakfast, lovely bar and an incredible spa.

These were truly Five Star accommodations. The check in and check out processes were handled by very helpful and courteous team members. From the bed to the bathroom and very square inch in between the rooms were excellent and well maintained. The breakfast was superior and served by other very courteous team members. I plan to stay at other Apex Hotels when visiting the UK in the future.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was okay. While the hotel may have been considered good about ten years ago, it now appears tired and in need of renovation. Although the photos look promising, the reality inside is quite different. While the surfaces appeared clean at first glance, upon closer inspection, I noticed dust in the room and improperly cleaned mirrors. One major issue I encountered was the height of the beds, which made it difficult for me to sleep comfortably due to fear of falling off. This was surprising given that I am of average height (5ft7), and I can only imagine how uncomfortable it might be for taller individuals. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and accommodating, which helped improve the overall experience. However, I would rate the hotel as a 2-star establishment due to the cleanliness issues and discomfort with the sleeping arrangements. Additionally, I was disappointed by the visible dirt in the sauna and around the swimming pool area. Overall, while the hotel has potential, it requires significant improvements to meet modern standards of comfort and cleanliness.

All staff were incredibly helpful with recommendations for food and experiences. Our room was exactly what we needed and I particularly loved the soaking bathtub. Our full English breakfast at Orange Artichoke as a delight, setting the bar high for the rest of the breakfasts on our trip. We would highly recommend your hotel to any friends or family planning a visit.

it was a major disappointment - even though the check-in was quick and around noon - however, the room wasn't cleaned properly and it lacked tissues and dental kits - we found underwear in the laundry bag. we asked for dental kits in person, on WhatsApp and the live chat but we never got it. Today we asked for a late check out but they only offered us an hour until noon. The room was spacious, good free wifi - a plus is having a kettle and espresso machine in the room. they seem seriously understaffed or were unready for this bank holiday weekend - I stayed at other Apex hotels before and usually, they are much better - this stay was underwhelming, to say the least

Really appreciated the kind gesture of chocolates and upgrade of room for our first wedding anniversary! Also, we love the TV was a smart tv meaning we could watch netflix straight from that. Very spacious and the free shampoos etc were a nice touch. So close to everything with just a few mins walk too. Perfect!

Stayed here a couple times now, absolutely love this hotel. Great location, walking distance to the city centre & loads of restaurants nearby. The spa/sauna was a huge plus, not too busy & very clean. The room was very clean & just a perfect stay when in Bath. Would highly recommend staying here!

Hotel was just right for what I needed: less than 10 mins walk from the main shops, easy enough to get to, and my room was ready 3 hours early to check in so I was able to drop off my stuff before exploring. Staff were helpful and breakfast was lovely. Loved the free duck to take with me on my travels too #oliver 😁 The pool is small but the sauna and steam room are great. I appreciated the small touches around the hotel such as divine smelling hand cream in the loos and spare towels rolled up in the changing area. Hotel was aesthetically pleasing all round. Would stay again when in Bath

I have stayed for one night in this hotel, and I am sad I did not book it for longer. The hotel and the bedroom was spotless, my bedroom was in front of the road and it was a first floor and I did not hear the traffic at all during the night and this is a city centre hotel. The hotel is very well located with a big car park close by and walking distance to museums, restaurants and pubs. I will book again with them!
