Overall, I had a good experience during my stay at Malate Bayview Hotel. The living room and bedroom areas were very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable. A special mention to Mel, who was very responsive and helpful throughout – great customer service!
However, the bathroom could use some improvement. It was a bit slippery and not as clean as the rest of the unit. Addressing this would definitely enhance the overall experience.
Still, I appreciated the hospitality and the cleanliness of the main areas. With a few adjustments, it could be even better.

Overall the location and the property were great. It’s walkable to many restaurants and places nearby and was easy to get a ride in front of the building. The property itself was well maintained for the most part and kept clean. Communicating with the staff was very well regarding issues that came up. My only gripe was that we had communicated with management that we wanted to leave our baggage after check out for roughly an hour and was told that it was ok to do so only to go down to the front desk lobby and find out that they don’t offer this. Luckily the front desk was able to compromise and allowed us to leave our stuff with the condition that 1 person stayed to keep an eye on them despite the initial statement that we could only leave our stuff for 15 mins.
