Disappointed room to stays

Hotel is old, although had done renovation is not well done anyway location is good for shopper.my experience is when check in the there is a miss where there no in room safe and there no chair that suppose to be there in room as I pay the room price that not match it's expensive for me as I can get the price with better room with other hotel that around the location as it's .will not stay this hotel any more

Even i did 3 hours late checking, Management Didn't prepare the Room and need to wait for more than One hour to get room. Cleanliness totally didn't accept and good example of Room Bath Tub and Reception Sofas.

古い設備だけど、快適に過ごせた。 NAGOYA SHOPPING MALL の通りをはさんだ反対側に位置しており、locationは良い。 この価格なら、浴槽がないと不満の人がいるかもしれないが、私はホテル宿泊時はシャワーだけで問題ないので、問題なし。 部屋はシンプルで　清潔感あった。

Condition of the hotel was so-so. Wonder whether it's due to the previous building structure or because renovation was not budgeted. Sink was blocked, aircon was not the best. On the other hand, service was great because of staff friendliness. Went for the massage/spa there too. Relaxing ambience and cheap.

Comfortable and reasonable

It was my 2nd time at this hotel. The 1st time was at the older room and this time at the new room. Room is so much better and cleaner. Comfy high bed and pillows. Altho outside the room, everything is pretty much old. Breakfast was ok if you are not fussy. Walking distance to Nagoya Hill mall.

"peace of mind"

I picked this hotel...wanted the hustle & bustle of Nagoya Hill; just didn't want to be "in" it. So The Hills was appropriately located; just a "stone's throw away" from Nagoya Hill itself. It has its own café/restaurant, "incorporated" massage parlor, and a very "intriguing" interior design (I opted for the Superior room; so I honestly wouldn't know how the other types looked like). If ever you want some "peace & quiet" after a long day of shopping, then The Hills is your solution.
