There is double standard in breakfast, some they provide half boiled egg, some they don,t. simply gave excuses they running out of egg. Very poor service standard. Need to consider to choose the hotel next visit to Batam.

Economical simple hotel

We were greeted by friendly staff and check-in was a breeze. Breakfast was simple. Has numerous cable channels but the connection was poor hence the resolution was grainy and sound was often disruptive. Pillows and towels should be replaced. Room is rather dark. Our room was facing the residential estate thus it was quiet. Location of the hotel is far away from major shopping. Provides free parking. Recommend for travellers who are driving otherwise would need to spend abit on taxi transport.

Great accommodation!

Great hotel stay. Reception friendly. Rooms simple and clean. Lift access to all level. Quiet environment. Only thing is location rather far from Shopping mall but it's ok as getting transportation is a breeze.

Only thing unsatisfactory was the sheets, bolster sheet had small drops of dried blood stains. They should wash it properly. The towels were not bleached white as well.

A simple style stay.

was in kaliban for 3days and 2nites.service is good n helpful and with a welcome smile from its employees.its a new hotel which is less than a year old.its only bout 5mins to btm ctr ferry and mega mall shpg ctr.its a simple style rooms with a cupboard without wall n doors.i guess its a new style and trend but i like it.overall..its a peaceful,easy n a simple stay for me.will be back again.

Lousy place

We went to the hotel and realize that a lot of the basic items are not there. Things like hair dryer and fridge is not there. A small safe is portable which is not safe at all. Floor is dirty, towels are dirty, toilet paper also half used. Cups have stains and smell! Blankets is slightly dampen and smells awful. Not forgetting the awful breakfast which have few choices and even the bread and eggs also have to request. That's all only...
